Turn the knob clockwise for increased front bias. The adjuster Knob has ½ turn indents which generally shifts the bias around 0.5%.
For initial setup at the track, make your way safely around the circuit, as operating temps come up, start applying harder brake loads along a straight, or in a safe place away from others.
The plan will be to optimise for hard brake applications & have the front wheels wanting to lock just before rears. If your rears start to lock first, you need more front bias. This may need to be further tuned as your tyres & brakes operating temps change.
Depending on your application, you may further optimise by adjusting for specific corners. Changing weight distribution from fuel burn during a race can also be considered, once ideal settings are determined, it may be as simple as ½ turn to front or rear each lap.
